Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on Back of House Manager to lead kitchen operations for one of our restaurants at Pearl. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and is passionate about team development, food quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily back-of-house operations, ensuring food safety, quality, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Conduct line checks and pre-shift meetings to align team expectations.
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and supply ordering.
  • Train and cross-train team members to build a versatile crew.
  • Foster a culture of urgency, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and allergy protocols.
  • Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in kitchen or back-of-house management.
