We're looking for a BOH Manager who takes ownership, develops other leaders, and is relentlessly committed to food quality, safety, and team excellence.

Your Role: The Back of House Manager ensures consistent execution of daily kitchen operations by leading shifts, coaching team members, and upholding Chick-fil-A's standards of food safety, quality, and operational excellence. This role is a critical link between strategy and execution - overseeing BOH systems, developing team leaders, managing inventory, and aligning every shift with the mission and values of Colleyville Blvd. & Main Chick-fil-A. The BOH Manager drives short-term results while building a team capable of long-term growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and supervise all back of house operations as a Manager on Duty, overseeing kitchen team and BOH Team Leaders.

Execute and coach food safety protocols: Food Safety Assessments, Recipe/Service Assessments, and temperature checks.

Manage inventory systems including truck orders, waste tracking, and prep forecasting.

Maintain elite kitchen cleanliness and organization across all prep, cook, and storage areas.

Develop BOH Team Leaders through real-time coaching, feedback, and accountability.

Collaborate with the BOH Director and leadership team to continuously improve operations.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive about identifying and solving problems.
