Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Back-of-House (BOH) Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A. The BOH Manager will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, maintaining high culinary standards, and managing a team of kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

- Manage and train kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.

- Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and manage labor costs.

- Oversee food preparation processes to maintain consistency and quality in menu items.

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to minimize waste and ensure availability.

- Collaborate with the Front-of-House Manager to optimize workflow and enhance overall restaurant efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.

- Handle and resolve any kitchen-related issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.
