Job Summary:

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and financial performance of our restaurants. This includes increasing sales and profitability, implementing cost controls, managing inventory, creating efficient systems, and ensuring financial accountability. Key focus areas include improving team performance in guest service and hospitality, food preparation, and sales. Additionally, the manager supervises the hiring, training, and retention of employees, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and policies.
