Position Overview

A high-growth fast-casual brand is seeking an elite General Manager to lead a flagship Jacksonville location ($60K–$80K+ weekly peak volume). Reclaim your evenings with a daytime-only schedule while driving a high-throughput, culture-first operation!

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive High-Volume Throughput: Direct daily operations for a store generating $1.5M to $4.0M+ annually, maximizing speed and execution during peak surges.

  • Build & Promote Talent: Recruit, coach, and mentor assistant managers and shift leads to build a strong internal leadership bench.

  • Lead From the Floor: Maintain a high-energy presence on the line alongside the team—no back-office managing.

  • Financial & Safety Controls: Drive store P&L performance, labor optimization, inventory control, and food safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

  • Target Brand Experience: 2+ years GM/AGM tenure at First Watch, Keke's, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Panera, Shake Shack, Crumbl, or CAVA.

  • Volume Track Record: Demonstrated experience managing $1.5M+ in annual sales ($3M+ preferred).

  • Hands-On Leadership: Thrives in fast-paced, high-throughput morning/daytime rushes.

  • Training Travel: Fully willing and able to complete multi-week out-of-state corporate training.
