Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations for Burger King. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving financial performance, and leading a high-performing team.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities, to ensure efficient service and high-quality food delivery.
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
* Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a diverse team of restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service in accordance with company policies and health regulations.
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Oversee inventory management, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
* Implement and enforce all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
* Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
