About the Role
We are seeking an organized, warm, and driven Hospitality Manager to lead operations at one of Savorys onsite business dining locations.
In this client-facing role, you will oversee daily food and beverage service, manage and develop the onsite team, maintain operational and safety standards, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who communicates effectively, solves problems quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
  • Lead, train, coach, and supervise the onsite hospitality team.
  • Delegate responsibilities and hold team members accountable.
  • Maintain Savorys service and professionalism standards.
  • Address performance or operational issues and escalate concerns to the General Manager when needed.
Operations and Service
  • Oversee daily food and beverage service, production, and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with culinary teams to support smooth service and consistent quality.
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, safety, and quality-control standards.
  • Deliver personalized service and maintain strong client relationships.
Ordering and Inventory
  • Place vendor and internal orders for meals, ingredients, beverages, and grab-and-go items.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support menu and purchasing needs.
  • Maintain effective vendor relationships.
  • Track equipment cleaning, maintenance, and service needs.
Communication and Compliance
  • Communicate effectively with clients, associates, leadership, and culinary teams.
  • Maintain compliance with food-handling, health, and safety regulations.
  • Identify operational improvements and implement solutions.
  • Support accurate reporting and administrative processes.
Job Requirements
Experience and Leadership
  • At least three years of management experience in catering, restaurants, hotels, or a similar hospitality environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, training, and supervising diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory, quality control, and vendor management.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively.
Communication and Technology
  • Excellent written, verbal, and client-service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and mediation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience with Restaurant365 or Flex Catering is a plus.
Certifications, Schedule, and Physical Requirements
  • New York City Food Protection Certificate or willingness to obtain one within one month of hire.
  • Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work daytime hours Monday through Friday, with occasional nights, weekends, or holidays.
