Our commitment to excellence extends to every aspect of our operations.  As we continue to expand our restaurants to the Big Apple, we are seeking talented managers to join our team. 


Position Summary: 


FOH Managers at Motek are responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading service teams, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This posting covers all FOH management levels, including GM, AGM, and RM. 


Responsibilities:   

  • Lead, train, coach, and motivate FOH staff 
  • Maintain high standards for guest experience and service quality 
  • Handle guest relations and resolve issues professionally 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards 
  • Collaborate with BOH and leadership teams 
  • Support scheduling, labor management, and operational goals
