The Staten Island Workforce1 Career Center is partnering with Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. to find qualified candidates for a Crew Member position in Staten Island, NY. The Crew Member works across multiple stations in the restaurant, including Tortilla, Salsa, Prep, Grill, Expo, and Take-Out. This role is responsible for preparing food, interacting directly with customers, and ensuring meals are made to Chipotle standards. Crew Members help maintain a smooth and efficient operation while providing a positive guest experience. The position requires teamwork, flexibility, and a willingness to assist wherever needed during a shift.
