As we continue to expand our presence within the commercial interiors market, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to help lead that growth. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, Contract, this leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing a high-performing team, and strengthening relationships with designers, architects, end users, and industry partners across the region. This is an opportunity for a strategic and people-focused sales leader to make a meaningful impact while representing a brand known for innovation, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor and support a team of contract sales professionals
  • Conduct monthly 1-on-1s and performance reviews
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
  • Represent the contract sales team's voice within the broader organization

Strategic Sales Management

  • Align regional sales strategies with company goals
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
  • Guide reps in developing and refining quarterly strategic plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Logistics, CX, and Design teams

Project Management

  • Lead initiatives such as national sales meetings and onboarding programs
  • Track budgets and timelines to ensure project success

  • Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX
  • Industry Insight: Deep understanding of the North American commercial market-bonus points for interiors industry experience
  • Team Builder: Proven ability to hire, train, and manage diverse teams, including remote roles
  • Strategic Thinker: You know how to align sales strategies with business goals and drive measurable growth
  • Project Driver: Skilled in managing deadlines, budgets, and compensation plans with precision
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft applications-especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
