Boston, MA (onsite)
5+Month Contract

Hospitality Support Coordinator role providing high-quality food and beverage service, conference room support, office assistance, and client service. Responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of meetings, events, and workplace hospitality services. This contract position runs from 8/3/2026 to 12/31/2026.
Responsibilities

  • Provide professional hospitality and client service while supporting meetings, conferences, and office events.
  • Set up and break down conference rooms and event spaces, including tables, chairs, podiums, divider walls, and catering setups.
  • Arrange conference equipment, flip charts, whiteboards, cork boards, and other meeting materials according to event requirements.
  • Set up and serve food, beverages, refreshments, cups, plates, utensils, napkins, and other catering items.
  • Perform food and beverage service while following proper hygiene and safety procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of conference rooms, kitchens, pantries, and hospitality areas.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including coffee machines, refrigerators, microwaves, ice machines, and dishwashers.
  • Load and unload dishwashers and maintain kitchen supplies and equipment.
  • Monitor, order, and restock inventory including food, beverages, office supplies, and meeting materials.
  • Conduct conference room sweeps by adjusting chairs, cleaning tables, stocking supplies, and ensuring rooms are properly prepared.
  • Manage meeting and hospitality calendars, greet clients and guests, and provide reception support as needed.
  • Provide backup receptionist coverage during breaks, vacations, and absences.
  • Perform general office support duties including mail distribution, copying, shipping and receiving, package handling, and supply delivery.
  • Complete general office maintenance tasks such as trash removal, dusting, restocking, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining shared spaces.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous hospitality, hotel, restaurant, conference services, or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and client-focused approach.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to organize tasks and maintain efficient operations.
  • Ability to ensure meeting rooms and office areas are clean, comfortable, and properly equipped.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage handling procedures and cleanliness standards.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow directions and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Must maintain a clean and safe work environment.
