We are seeking a dedicated Banquet Cook with prior experience in banquet preparation to help us create memorable events and ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation.


Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for banquets, events, and special functions according to established recipes and standards

- Assist in planning and executing banquet menus in collaboration with the culinary team

- Ensure all food is prepared, presented, and served in a timely manner to meet event schedules

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations

- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for supplies and ingredients

- Follow food safety procedures and ensure proper storage of all food items
