Job Summary

We are seeking a Live Action Omelet Cook / Cook to join our growing catering team. This role combines interactive omelet station service with general cooking responsibilities across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable, and passionate about delivering high-quality food and excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires flexibility to work at various client sites and locations as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare made-to-order omelets and egg dishes during live-action service events
  • Support general cooking duties at multiple locations as scheduled
  • Set up and break down omelet stations and kitchen work areas
  • Prepare food using high-quality ingredients and present it in an appealing manner
  • Take guest orders and provide friendly, professional service
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations; wash and sanitize on-site equipment
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Assist with inventory monitoring and restocking as needed
  • Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
  • Support team members and assist with operational needs as assigned
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Head Chef or Management
Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a cook, omelet cook, or in a similar culinary role preferred
  • Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (ServSafe preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
