Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships Job Overview: Our client is adding an Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships to their team

The organization partners closely with underserved and diverse populations, offering innovative programs and services that support the whole person beyond traditional healthcare. Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations, the Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships will play a key leadership role in advancing the organization's corporate fundraising and partnership strategy. This individual will manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and foundation partners while developing multi-year engagement strategies that align partner interests with organizational priorities.

The role focuses on cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding high-value partnerships, including six- and seven-figure gifts and grants. The Associate Director will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, clinical leaders, and development teams to identify funding opportunities, deepen existing relationships, and expand the organization's corporate fundraising efforts. This role also includes mentoring team members and helping drive operational excellence across the corporate partnerships program.

The ideal candidate is a strategic relationship builder with strong fundraising or business development experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for mission-driven work. This is a Direct Hire role. What you will be doing as a Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships..

Lead strategy and relationship management for a portfolio of corporate and foundation partners. Develop and execute cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans for high-capacity funders and strategic partners. Manage a personal portfolio of key accounts while supporting broader team revenue goals and partnership growth.

Identify and pursue new corporate partnership opportunities to expand and diversify the funding pipeline. Oversee partnership development from proposal creation and budgeting through agreement execution and stewardship reporting. Collaborate with internal leaders and subject matter experts to align funding opportunities with organizational initiatives.

Provide strategic guidance and quality oversight for proposals, reports, presentations, and donor communications. Track partnership activity, pipeline performance, and revenue forecasting through CRM systems and reporting tools. Support annual planning efforts, goal setting, and fundraising strategy development.

Mentor and support team members through coaching, professional development, and performance management. Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across development, leadership, and program teams. Prepare updates and reports for leadership regarding fundraising progress, pipeline trends, and partnership outcomes.
