JOB SUMMARY:

The UDX Strategic Partnerships team leads the development and execution of global partnerships strategy, forging and managing best-in-class strategic alliances that enhance our guest experience, expand audience engagement, and drive revenue. We are a high-performing team of makers, thinkers, leaders and rebels whose passion is to ignite ideas every day, in a culture that celebrates creativity, fresh thinking, executional excellence and each other.

As an integral part of the Corporate Partnerships team, this role provides project management and tactical support to Corporate Partnerships management and the various corporate partners for our domestic (U.S.) theme parks. The role will focus on aiding in the development and execution of strategic, comprehensive co-branded marketing campaigns and in-park programs designed to maximize both parties' exposure and ROI. This role will also support our new business development initiatives in a research capacity.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support management in the development, implementation, execution, and measurement of Corporate Partner programs, promotions, on-site corporate partner activations/presence and contractual obligations. Regularly interface with corporate partners and cross-division team members to support assigned accounts. Manage program timelines.
  • Develop corporate partner internal/external presentations, reports and post campaign recaps. Maintain weekly status reports and content calendars.
  • Support in-park signage/product placement, sampling, industry research, and other responsibilities as assigned or outlined in each partner contract.
  • Assist new business development team with presentation assets, research and related tasks.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required; majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or other related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of account management, marketing or consumer promotions (internship experience will be considered).
  • High degree of professionalism and respect for confidential information.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Workfront project management software a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, good follow through, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, time management, solution-oriented and resourceful.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule across multiple domestic U.S. time zones as well as nights and weekends, etc., as needed; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Manage project and program timelines with acute attention to detail.
  • Create strategic and cohesive presentations and related communication documents.
  • Work closely with the business teams across UDX to understand their needs and help find partner solutions.
