Position Overview
As the Partnerships Coordinator, you will be an essential member of the Consumer Marketing Activations team. Reporting to the Associate Partnerships Manager, you will support the execution of strategic brand partnerships and experiential marketing campaigns for CELSIUS® and Alani Nu®. This role is highly cross-functional that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple partners, vendors, and timelines simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, experiential, brand activations, or marketing-related fields
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience managing event logistics and working with external vendors / partners
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the CPG industry, cultural trends, and experiential marketing best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe preferred
  • Location: Boca Raton, FL (Onsite - 5 days/week)
  • Travel: Required (estimated 1-2 weekends per month, including nights/weekends)
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the execution of brand partnerships and experiential marketing activations across CELSIUS® and Alani Nu®
  • Manage end-to-end activation logistics including:
    • Product order submissions and asset tracking
    • Communication with activation agencies, staffing partners, and logistics vendors
    • Ensuring onsite activations meet brand standards
    • Overseeing post-event logistics and recapping results
  • Support shopper marketing campaigns and product launch initiatives through partnerships and activations
  • Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Logistics, Accounting, Brand Studio, and Consumer Marketing Activation teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
  • Manage external partner relationships by maintaining strong rapport, consistent communication with key partners, transparency on collaboration efforts, and strategically leverage for large-scale, global marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate on the development of brand briefs, playbooks, quarterly reports, and partnership recaps
  • Compile and track KPIs, partnership investment, performance data, and partner reporting to optimize future activation campaigns
  • Maintain and replenish inventory of marketing assets, uniforms, and activation materials
  • Oversee timely submission, tracking, and delivery of product, uniforms, and brand assets
  • Contribute to creative planning and partnership development initiatives

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company.
