Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Channel Partner Manager to expand and strengthen our partner network across the United States. This role is responsible for developing new channel partnerships, supporting existing distributors and OEM relationships, driving business growth, and serving as a key liaison between partners and internal teams. The ideal candidate combines technical sales expertise with strong business development skills and thrives in a customer-facing environment. This individual will play a critical role in growing market presence through partner recruitment, enablement, training, and long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
Developing new partnership opportunities across USA.
Aligning individual (quarterly and annual) goals and contributions with the department goals, as well as the overall sales/growth strategy.
Ensuring effective onboarding of partners to client systems and resources.
Supporting local sales teams in partner engagement, including follow-up and assessment.
Planning and executing partner events, training workshops, and networking activities.
Managing and updating partner portal, ensuring all relevant materials are available.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure growth and retention.
Managing and visiting existing customers, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and switchboard manufacturers.

Leveraging new and cutting-edge academy/training center in the USA. Conducting product seminars/training/demonstration for new and existing partners.
Participating in exhibitions and trade shows.
Following price management processes and entering relevant leads/visits in CRM.
Focusing on process improvements and team collaboration with the Operations, Service & Support teams.
Escalating relevant issues that would need immediate attention from the department manager.
Understanding safety measures in line with our Global Safety Policy. Identifying gaps and proactively suggest improvements.
 
Required Qualifications
Bachelor''''''''''''''''s degree preferred, ideally in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, channel sales, distributor management, or business development.
Proven experience managing channel partners, distributors, OEM accounts, or strategic customer relationships.
Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation and close.
Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
Experience utilizing CRM platforms to manage sales activities and pipelines.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to travel extensively as required.
Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with a strong hunter mentality.
 

Preferred Qualifications
Technical background in electrical power systems, controls, automation, or related technologies.
Experience selling technical products, solutions, or engineered systems.
Experience working with OEMs, distributors, or channel partners in industrial markets.
Experience supporting switchgear, switchboard, or power distribution manufacturers.
Power generation, energy management, or electrical infrastructure experience.
