Hearth & Home Technologies is looking for a Sales Channel Partner – Atlanta, GA to join our Fireplaces Business Unit to expand our presence throughout the SE Region. Key Responsibilities

Grow Market Share & Win New Business

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across your territory.
  • Develop strategic prospecting plans to penetrate untapped markets and underdeveloped segments.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities from prospecting through close.
  • Use market intelligence and value-based selling techniques to successfully displace competitors and win new accounts.

Strengthen Channel Partnerships

  • Build trusted relationships with distributors, dealers, builders, architects, designers, and other industry partners.
  • Grow existing accounts while expanding HHT's influence and market presence.
  • Serve as a strategic business advisor, helping partners capitalize on growth opportunities and improve performance.

Create Demand Through Field Engagement

  • Spend time in the market engaging customers, visiting jobsites, and uncovering new opportunities.
  • Drive specification activity with builders, architects, and designers.
  • Deliver training, product expertise, and marketing programs that help partners grow their businesses and strengthen brand loyalty.

Lead with Strategy & Market Insight

  • Maintain a deep understanding of competitor activity, customer dynamics, industry trends, and local market conditions.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop territory strategies that accelerate growth and strengthen HHT's competitive position.
  • Recommend pricing and business solutions that support profitable growth.

Execute with Discipline & Collaboration

  • Manage prospecting, pipeline development, forecasting, and sales activities through CRM tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share market intelligence and support company initiatives.
  • Represent HHT at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and CRM systems.
  • This position requires 75% travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with distributors, dealers, builders, architects, designers, or related channel partners.
  • Proven track record of balancing new customer acquisition with growth of existing accounts.
