Job description

Channel Partner Manager — Scrut.io What We Are Looking For We're looking for a Channel Partner Manager to accelerate the growth of Scrut.io's partner ecosystem across MSSPs, MSPs, and vCISO service providers. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, running structured partner motions, and driving partner-sourced revenue in a fast-moving GRC SaaS Environment. What You Will Be Doing Identify high-potential MSSPs, MSPs, and vCISO Firms.

Run outbound partner prospecting, qualify Git, and bring new partners into the ecosystem. Deliver structured onboarding and Activation sessions, enable partners with playbooks, tools, and use cases, and activate them to source their First opportunities quickly. Drive Partner-Sourced Revenue, ensure deal registration velocity, and support partners through early opportunities.

Build strong relationships with partner leadership, sales teams, and practitioners; conduct regular business reviews to increase engagement. Train partners on Scrut's GRC platform, key frameworks (SOC 2, ISO, PCI, HIPAA), messaging, and value proposition for service providers. Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to support partner needs and co-create service packages and integrations.

Must-Have Skills 2–4 years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development—ideally with service providers (MSSPs, MSPs, vCISOs). Strong understanding of service provider motions, compliance needs, and how partners influence customer buying cycles. Demonstrated ability to recruit, onboard, and enable partners in a structured way.

Track record of driving partner-sourced pipeline and executing partner plays. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, with strong operational instincts and the ability to manage multiple partners and tasks simultaneously.

Proactive, resourceful, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Bonus Points (Good to have) Experience in GRC, cybersecurity, cloud, or compliance automation. Familiarity with frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, or similar.

What We Offer Competitive salary + bonus tied to partner-sourced revenue. Hyper-growth environment in one of the fastest-expanding segments of cybersecurity and compliance. Opportunity to help build Scrut's partner ecosystem from the ground up.

Work closely with leadership on strategy, GTM experiments, and ecosystem expansion. Remote-friendly culture with flexible working hours. Ownership, autonomy, and real career growth opportunities in a scaling SaaS company.
