A Channel Partner Manager is a professional responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a company’s channel partners, such as resellers, distributors, or agencies. Their main goal is to drive business growth through these partners by supporting them with tools, training, and resources. Channel Partner Managers collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure partners are aligned with company objectives and able to effectively sell products or services. They often analyze partner performance, address challenges, and identify new partnership opportunities to expand market reach.

The Expertise You'll Bring:
  • 4+ years of experience working with regional or national IT channel partners

  • Proven success in running monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with partners

  • Demonstrated track record of creating champions within channel partners to drive demand generation

  • Experience building business cases that align technical solutions to the business goals of end users

  • Ability to implement and coordinate joint marketing plans and activities

  • Skilled at identifying, developing, and acquiring new partners

Success in motivating existing partners to increase their sales activities

  • Experience leading sales and product trainings for partner teams
