You will work closely with sales, marketing, service leadership, and global stakeholders to strengthen channel partner capabilities, improve performance, and support sustainable commercial growth.

This role combines relationship management, business analysis, and operational execution to help optimize channel performance across multiple customer segments and territories. • Manage partner onboarding activities and coordinate ongoing communication to foster productive and collaborative relationships.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on channel performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Support incentive programs, performance reviews, and other channel governance activities.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, improve channel effectiveness, and advance service sales initiatives.

  • Drive partner enablement efforts through training, product updates, digital tools, and continuous improvement programs.

  • Maintain accurate channel data, documentation, and CRM records to support effective decision-making and operational excellence.

  • Assist in identifying, evaluating, and developing new channel partner opportunities.

At Alfa Laval, we pride ourselves on creating an inclusive and dynamic workplace that values diverse perspectives and experiences. While we typically welcome applicants from all locations, currently, we are prioritizing candidates who reside in the US or have an established presence in the area.Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

What you know:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, channel management, customer service, commercial operations, or a related field.

  • Experience in channel management, partner development, or sales leadership is highly valued.

  • Proficiency working with CRM systems, reporting tools, business analytics, and structured sales processes.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.

  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-through skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels.

  • Commercial acumen and an understanding of channel sales models and partner ecosystems.

  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and delivering results.

  • Ability to travel domestically up to 20% as business needs require.
