Description

The Partner Manager – Strategic Alliances serves as the primary coordination, enablement, and growth liaison between Synergy BIS and its strategic product partners. This role is responsible for driving joint pipeline development, partner alignment, go-to-market execution, and delivery readiness across the partner ecosystem. 

This individual works closely with Business Development, Capture, Growth Engineering, Delivery Leadership, and Solution Architects to ensure partner capabilities are effectively integrated into Synergy BIS offerings, proposals, and active programs. 

Essential Functions & Duties:

Partner Relationship Management 

  • Serve as the single point of coordination between Synergy BIS and assigned product partners (e.g., Appian, Salesforce, Databricks). 

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner alliance, sales, technical, and Federal market teams. 
  • Manage partner governance rhythms including QBRs, pipeline reviews, enablement sessions, and executive touchpoints. 
Joint Growth & Pipeline Development 
  • Identify, qualify, and mature joint Federal opportunities aligned to agency missions and contract vehicles. 
  • Coordinate co-selling, co-marketing, and capture support with partner sales and Federal teams. 
  • Support proposal development by aligning partner solutions, pricing constructs, licensing models, and technical narratives. 
  • Track and report partner-influenced pipeline, bookings, and win metrics. 
Solution & Delivery Alignment 
  • Coordinate with Synergy BIS technical leaders to ensure partner products are integrated into reference architectures, solution accelerators, and delivery playbooks. 
  • Support partner certifications, training paths, and enablement plans for Synergy BIS delivery teams. 
  • Ensure delivery teams understand partner roadmaps, best practices, and Federal compliance considerations (e.g., FedRAMP, security authorizations). 
Go-to-Market & Enablement
  • Drive joint go-to-market strategies including solution positioning, target agencies, and value propositions. 
  • Coordinate partner participation in industry days, demos, pilots, and agency engagements. 
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop partner-aligned collateral, one-pagers, and solution briefs. 
Portfolio & Ecosystem Expansion 
  • Evaluate and onboard new strategic product partners aligned with Synergy BIS growth priorities. 
  • Maintain a structured partner portfolio view including capabilities, certifications, use cases, and Federal relevance. 
  • Ensure partner strategy aligns with Synergy BIS’s Total Quality Management & Technical Delivery Assurance framework. 

Skills, Qualifications and Certifications of Best Candidates:

  • 7+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, business development, or Federal technology sales.
  • Experience working with enterprise software or data platforms (e.g., Appian, Salesforce, Databricks, or similar). 
  • Strong understanding of the Federal contracting environment, including integrators, OEMs, and agency buying models. 
  • Proven ability to coordinate across BD, capture, delivery, and technical teams. 
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level briefing skills. 
  • U.S. citizenship required. 

Preferred Qualifications 
  • Experience supporting or managing OEM partnerships in the Federal sector. 
  • Familiarity with low-code platforms, CRM/DSC solutions, data analytics, and cloud platforms. 
  • Understanding of FedRAMP, security authorization processes, and Federal compliance requirements. 
  • Experience supporting proposals, capture strategies, and joint solution development. 
  • Prior experience in a systems integrator or Federal services firm. 

Compensation for roles at Synergy varies depending on a wide variety of factors including but not limited to the requirements of the role; education and certifications; knowledge, training, skills and abilities; level of experience; geographic location; and alignment with market data, law, and other business and organizational needs. As required by local law, the posted pay range represents the lowest to the highest pay that Synergy believes in good faith it might pay for this particular job, depending on the circumstances. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $125,000 – $175,000.

Essential Job Function Physical Requirements: The physical requirements of this position are critical in evaluating the qualifications and abilities of an applicant or employee. The physical efforts needed to perform the essential duties of this job 90% of the time are repetitive motions, grasping, holding, and finger dexterity of the hands, reading, writing, eye-hand coordination, color distinction, and full visual abilities, hearing, talking, sitting, and use of IT equipment, phones, and office machines.

To a reduced degree, <30% of the time, candidates may have to stand, walk, lift 0-30 pounds, push or pull objects, climb stairs, bend, squat, reach, drive a car, or work overtime.
