Description

Theย Partner Manager โ€“ Strategic Alliancesย serves as theย primary coordination, enablement, and growth liaisonย between Synergy BIS and its strategic product partners. This roleย is responsible forย driving joint pipeline development, partner alignment, go-to-market execution, andย deliveryย readinessย across the partner ecosystem.ย 

This individual works closely withย Business Development, Capture, Growth Engineering, Delivery Leadership, and Solution Architectsย to ensure partner capabilities are effectively integrated into Synergy BIS offerings, proposals, and active programs.ย 

Essential Functions & Duties:

Partner Relationship Managementย 

  • Serve as theย single point of coordinationย between Synergy BIS and assigned product partners (e.g., Appian, Salesforce, Databricks).ย 

  • Build andย maintainย strong working relationships with partnerย alliance, sales, technical, and Federal market teams.ย 
  • Manage partner governance rhythms including QBRs, pipeline reviews, enablement sessions, and executive touchpoints.ย 
Joint Growth & Pipeline Developmentย 
  • Identify, qualify, and matureย joint Federal opportunitiesย aligned to agency missions and contract vehicles.ย 
  • Coordinateย co-selling, co-marketing, and capture supportย with partner sales and Federal teams.ย 
  • Support proposal development by aligning partner solutions, pricing constructs, licensing models, and technical narratives.ย 
  • Track and report partner-influencedย pipeline, bookings, and win metrics.ย 
Solution & Delivery Alignmentย 
  • Coordinate with Synergy BIS technical leaders to ensure partner products areย integrated into reference architectures, solution accelerators, andย deliveryย playbooks.ย 
  • Support partner certifications, training paths, and enablement plans for Synergy BIS delivery teams.ย 
  • Ensure delivery teams understand partner roadmaps, best practices, and Federal compliance considerations (e.g., FedRAMP, security authorizations).ย 
Go-to-Market & Enablement
  • Driveย joint go-to-market strategiesย includingย solution positioning, target agencies, and value propositions.ย 
  • Coordinate partner participation inย industry days, demos, pilots, and agency engagements.ย 
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop partner-aligned collateral, one-pagers, and solution briefs.ย 
Portfolio & Ecosystem Expansionย 
  • Evaluate and onboardย new strategic product partnersย aligned with Synergy BIS growth priorities.ย 
  • Maintain a structured partner portfolio view including capabilities, certifications, use cases, and Federal relevance.ย 
  • Ensure partner strategy aligns with Synergy BISโ€™sย Total Quality Management & Technical Delivery Assurance framework.ย 

Skills, Qualifications and Certifications of Best Candidates:

  • 7+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, business development, or Federal technology sales.
  • Experienceย working withย enterprise software or data platformsย (e.g., Appian, Salesforce, Databricks, or similar).ย 
  • Strong understanding of theย Federal contracting environment, including integrators, OEMs, and agency buying models.ย 
  • Proven ability to coordinate acrossย BD, capture, delivery, and technical teams.ย 
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level briefing skills.ย 
  • U.S. citizenshipย required.ย 

Preferred Qualificationsย 
  • Experience supporting or managingย OEM partnershipsย in the Federal sector.ย 
  • Familiarity withย low-code platforms, CRM/DSC solutions, data analytics, and cloud platforms.ย 
  • Understanding ofย FedRAMP, security authorization processes, and Federal compliance requirements.ย 
  • Experience supporting proposals, capture strategies, and joint solution development.ย 
  • Prior experience in aย systems integrator or Federal services firm.ย 

Compensation for roles at Synergy varies depending on a wide variety of factors including but not limited to the requirements of the role; education and certifications; knowledge, training, skills and abilities; level of experience; geographic location; and alignment with market data, law, and other business and organizational needs.ย As required by local law, the posted pay range represents the lowest to the highest pay that Synergy believes in good faith it might pay for this particular job, depending on the circumstances. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $125,000 โ€“ $175,000.

Essential Job Function Physical Requirements: The physical requirements of this position are critical in evaluating the qualifications and abilities of an applicant or employee. The physical efforts needed to perform the essential duties of this job 90% of the time are repetitive motions, grasping, holding, and finger dexterity of the hands, reading, writing, eye-hand coordination, color distinction, and full visual abilities, hearing, talking, sitting, and use of IT equipment, phones, and office machines.

To a reduced degree, <30% of the time, candidates may have to stand, walk, lift 0-30 pounds, push or pull objects, climb stairs, bend, squat, reach, drive a car, or work overtime.
