Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Partner Manager to support the growth and success of our channel business. Based in Washington, DC, this role will work closely with a team of dedicated sales executives within our key distributor, helping to strengthen relationships, coordinate initiatives, and drive commercial performance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing inbound leads and renewals from our SMEs, ensuring prompt follow-up, accurate tracking, and effective conversion of opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a team of dedicated leaders within our key distributor based in Washington, DC, acting as a key contact for day-to-day coordination and communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor stakeholders to ensure alignment on business priorities and sales objectives.
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate progression through the sales process.
  • Record and track all lead activity within the CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and distributor representatives to maximise lead conversion opportunities.
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of channel partners where required.
  • Support the planning and execution of channel marketing campaigns, promotions, and partner initiatives.
  • Monitor channel performance and prepare reports on sales activity, lead generation, and partner engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, partner effectiveness, and customer experience.
  • Organise and support partner meetings, training sessions, and other channel-related events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and brand guidelines.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-3 years' experience in sales support, account management, channel management, business development, or a similar commercial role.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing customer enquiries or sales leads is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
