We are currently searching for a highly motivated and experienced Partner Enablement Manager with a proven track record in managing and expanding channel partner relationships. The ideal candidate will excel at nurturing and growing our existing network of partners - this is a PROACTIVE role for a self-starter (not reactive to inbound activity).

Job Description:
As a Channel Sales Manager at Chargezoom, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and managing our channel sales partners. Your main responsibilities will include building strong relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth. In this position, your responsibility will be to proactively communicate to our current base of channel partners who utilize Chargezoom's solutions to secure deals and generate a high volume of referrals. As the main point of contact for partner management, their external sales teams, or agents, you will collaborate closely to build strong, enduring relationships. Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, primary point of contact, and ambassador for partners and Chargezoom to ensure partner success
  • Evaluate and align marketing plans and action items
  • Handle administrative functions related to partner accounts, ensuring internal tools are updated, and maintaining sales hygiene
  • Support partners and internal stakeholders with ad-hoc requests (e.g., workspace creation, legal agreement support, webinars, etc.)
  • Guide partners through the onboarding/enablement process of new systems 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our solutions
  • Provide partners with ongoing support, training, and resources to help them effectively sell and promote our SaaS solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success, to develop and implement strategies that drive partner engagement and revenue growth
  • Regularly review and analyze partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for growth
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our solutions to potential partners
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the FinTech space
  • Drive revenue and unit sales through new and existing reseller partnerships
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and appropriate sales activity levels and behaviors
  • Coach and develop assigned reseller network on our solutions via in-person meetings, platform training, webinars, and participation in their customer calls and appointments
  • Consistently conduct regular business review meetings with assigned resellers

Requirements:
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all organizational levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in rapidly learning new technical and analytical concepts
  • Capability to conduct software demos and training
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field 3+ years of experience in partner account management, channel sales, or a similar role in the FinTech or SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partner relationships, driving sales and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of the FinTech industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
