Ultradent, an award-winning, global dental manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Digital Marketing Channel Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for translating global marketing initiatives into scalable digital strategies that drive both eCommerce growth and global lead generation. This individual will work closely with regional marketing teams around the world to develop funnel strategies and digital channel guidance that can be localized and executed effectively across diverse markets.
This role will be a key contributor in helping Ultradent evolve its global digital marketing maturity and build scalable demand generation systems that connect marketing activities to measurable business results. We are searching for a confident, collaborative team player who can think strategically while also driving practical execution.
  • Develop scalable digital demand generation strategies aligned with global marketing initiatives, product launches, and business objectives.
  • Create and manage global digital campaign frameworks that support both US eCommerce growth and international lead generation efforts.
  • Define digital funnel strategies across awareness, consideration, conversion, and nurturing stages.
  • Provide strategic guidance to regional marketing teams on channel mix, campaign execution, localization, and digital best practices.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers, UX designers, product marketing teams, and marketing operations to execute effective digital campaigns.

  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through funnel optimization, audience targeting, and digital channel refinement.
  • Partner with the Marketing Operations Specialist and Marketing Analyst to define campaign tracking, lead generation goals, and performance measurement.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization strategies.
  • Create repeatable campaign playbooks and templates that can scale across regions with varying levels of digital marketing maturity.
  • Build strong working relationships with regional marketing teams and help create alignment between global strategy and local execution.
  • Present digital channel strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to marketing leadership and stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED AS A DIGITAL MARKETING CHANNEL MANAGER:
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, campaign strategy, or related digital marketing roles is ideal
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email marketing, paid media, social media, landing pages, and conversion optimization
  • Experience building and managing multi-channel digital campaigns and marketing funnels
  • Experience working with global or regional marketing teams is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and customer journey development
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot is preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational abilities
  • Proactive personality with a preference for "doing" over "delegating"
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, IT, and regional stakeholders
  • Adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment
  • Team-oriented and collaborative; able to help co-workers shine
