Role Description:

We are looking for a Partner Enablement Sr Manager who will play a vital role in leading the development of implementation readiness technical product enablement to grow the Salesforce Partner ecosystem supporting Agentforce. This is a critical role to help partners develop a deep understanding of the product implementation procedures and best practices to deliver projects that focus on customer success.

The ideal candidate should possess specialized expertise in Salesforce Agentforce or demonstrate a robust background in AI technologies. As a Partner Enablement Sr Manager, you will lead the way in growing the partner ecosystem's technical capacity and capabilities to support the tremendous growth of Agentforce. They are accountable for developing and leading the execution of high-impact Product Enablement programs, such as the Agenforce FDE Ready workshop series.

As part of the Partner Enablement team at Salesforce, you will be part of a distributed team working cross functionally as the Agentforce Partner Enablement lead supporting the global Agentforce Implementers (SIs) ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:

As the Agentforce Partner Enablement Success Sr Manager you will:

  • Prioritize, lead, develop, deliver, and maintain repeatable technical enablement content, hands-on exercises, presentations, and programs targeted at SIs globally

    • These programs drive implementation readiness, and customer success that should support Agentforce growth with a C360 lens

  • Equip partners to grow the depth of expertise by understanding specific use cases; build and deliver hands-on workshops to develop & deepen Implementation Readiness

  • Align with Product leaders to help launch and build product readiness for New Product Introductions (NPI) and critical product updates (CPU)

  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and business partners including but not limited to Product Management, OU leads, Marketing, CSG, A&C teams, internal and external SMEs

  • Build and structure programs that equip partners for delivery readiness, which focuses on best practices and guidance toward delivering successful projects with customers

  • Maintain and regularly update dashboards and tracking tools that communicate to Executive Leadership the effectiveness of programs

  • Engage with the SI community via Agentforce Partner Community User Group, Slack Channel with product support

  • Collaborate with product teams and other business partners to host Partner Advisory Board (PAB) sessions to showcase product roadmaps, drive collaboration between partners and Salesforce, and gather feedback from partners that benefit product positioning and implementation

  • Localize our capacity and capability offerings to meet the local regulations, culture, and business environment as needed.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum Requirements:

    • Willingness to travel - 30%

    • Salesforce product knowledge or implementation experience

    • Ability to work cross functionally

    • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely decisions that affect cross-functional teams and have a substantial impact on investments and program effectiveness.

    • Strong tolerance for ambiguity; able to focus and implement in a changing environment; ability to make things happen

    • Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification, Salesforce Data 360 Consultant Certification, Agentblazer Legend Status

Preferred Requirements:

  • Agentforce product knowledge or experience

  • 5+ years' experience in a customer or channel Technical role focused on regional SI's or GSIs

  • Enablement experience in technical product training

  • Deep technical product knowledge to function as leader/advisor and deliver training to strategic global and regional partners

  • Consistent track record in leading, building, and implementing enablement strategy and delivering technical hands-on enablement

  • Executive presence and thought leader with strong enterprise software market experience and PaaS, SaaS, and or Cloud technology companies
