THE ROLE

AMD is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Director, GSI Partner Development Manager (Deloitte) to lead AMD's global partnership with Deloitte. This role is responsible for developing the joint business strategy, driving executive engagement, accelerating pipeline and revenue growth, and strengthening AMD's strategic relationship with one of the world's leading Global Systems Integrators.

As the primary global business owner for Deloitte, you will serve as the global executive point of contact between AMD and Deloitte, developing trusted relationships across alliance, business, technical, industry, and go-to-market organizations. You will work closely with AMD Sales, Business Units, Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Regional Sales teams to identify new opportunities, develop joint AI and enterprise solutions, remove execution barriers, and drive measurable business outcomes.

This is a highly visible, revenue-focused role operating at the intersection of strategic partnerships, AI, cloud, software, data center, enterprise transformation, and global sales. Success requires executive presence, strategic thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to influence across highly matrixed organizations while positioning AMD as a preferred technology partner within Deloitte's global ecosystem.

You are an accomplished alliance and partner development leader with deep experience building executive relationships, developing joint go-to-market strategies, and driving partner-led business growth within complex technology ecosystems.

You bring:

  • Proven experience managing strategic relationships with Deloitte or similarly complex Global Systems Integrators
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders across both business and technical organizations
  • Strong understanding of Deloitte's business model, consulting and systems integration services, alliance ecosystem, and co-sell motions
  • Demonstrated success developing joint business plans that deliver measurable pipeline growth and revenue outcomes
  • Delivered on partner influenced revenue, pipeline and sales
  • Strategic mindset balanced with operational execution and accountability
  • Ability to influence across highly matrixed organizations without direct authority
  • Outstanding communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive strategic business decisions
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for applying AI-enabled tools to improve partner engagement, business planning, and operational efficiency
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Global Deloitte Partnership Leadership

  • Own AMD's global business relationship with Deloitte, serving as the primary executive responsible for partner strategy, engagement, and growth
  • Build trusted executive relationships across Deloitte's alliance, consulting, industry, technology, and sales organizations
  • Develop and execute a joint global business plan aligned to AMD's strategic priorities and Deloitte's market initiatives
  • Serve as the voice of Deloitte within AMD, representing partner priorities, market opportunities, and customer needs

Revenue Growth & Go-To-Market Leadership

  • Drive partner-led pipeline creation, revenue growth, and market expansion through joint go-to-market initiatives with Deloitte
  • Collaborate closely with AMD Regional Sales teams to identify, develop, and accelerate customer opportunities globally
  • Partner with AMD Business Units, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to develop differentiated joint solutions and industry offerings
  • Identify new opportunities across AI infrastructure, cloud transformation, enterprise modernization, data center, and emerging technologies
  • Manage partner funding and MDF investments with a high bar for ROI, ensuring alignment with joint business objectives and program requirements

Executive Alignment & Operational Excellence

  • Lead executive governance through quarterly business reviews, executive strategy sessions, pipeline reviews, and operational cadences
  • Coordinate joint solution development, marketing initiatives, funding programs, executive engagements, and customer activities
  • Support onboarding of new initiatives while continuously improving partnership processes and operational execution
  • Ensure partnership activities align with AMD legal, commercial, and operational frameworks

Business Planning & Analytics

  • Develop and monitor joint business metrics including revenue, pipeline, partner activation, ROI, account plan execution, and strategic growth initiatives
  • Leverage analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve forecasting, business planning, opportunity management, executive reporting, and partner performance
  • Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities through data-driven business insights

AI & Ecosystem Growth

  • Partner with Deloitte leadership to identify AI, cloud, enterprise transformation, and industry modernization opportunities that accelerate adoption of AMD technologies
  • Drive strategic discussions around AI infrastructure, enterprise computing, cloud modernization, and next-generation digital transformation initiatives
  • Stay current on evolving industry trends, competitive dynamics, and Deloitte alliance priorities to identify new areas of joint growth
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Strategic Alliance Leadership

  • Proven experience managing executive relationships with Deloitte or similarly complex Global Systems Integrators
  • Demonstrated success developing joint business plans, alliance strategies, and executive engagement models that drive measurable business growth

Partner-Led Sales & Go-To-Market

  • Experience driving partner-led pipeline creation, revenue growth, and joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions, alliance management, co-sell strategies, and consulting-led customer engagements

Industry & Technology Experience

  • Experience working within AI, cloud, data center, enterprise infrastructure, software, or semiconductor technology environments
  • Understanding of Deloitte's industry practices, technology consulting, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise customer engagements preferred

Operational Excellence

  • Strong program management, business planning, forecasting, and executive communication skills
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools, analytics, and automation to improve partner engagement, business planning, forecasting, and operational efficiency
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

Remote โ€“ United States

New York or California preferred. Candidates located near a major U.S. airport will also be considered.
