Schedule: Full-Time, days
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) provides clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level, supporting high-quality, patient-centered care on sister units. Working in collaboration with the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary teams, the ANM promotes operational excellence, staff engagement, quality outcomes, and a culture of safety during unit operations.
To qualify for consideration please have:
Bachelors Degree, active NC nursing license and a minimum of 2 years in leadership.
What We're Looking For
  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications.
  • Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
