This person leads by example, supports and develops clinical staff, and helps ensure the clinic operates efficiently while delivering high-quality patient care.


The Lead Nurse is organized, adaptable, and confident balancing leadership responsibilities with hands on clinical support when needed. They are proactive communicators, strong problem-solvers, and committed to maintaining high standards of patient care, teamwork, and professionalism.


A successful Lead Nurse has strong clinical judgment, leadership experience, and a heart for servant leadership.
