The Registered Nurse Supervisor must have strong clinical and supervisory skills, as well as previous long-term care experience.

The Registered Nurse Supervisor has strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, good follow-through skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are required.

The Registered Nurse Supervisor works as a team player with Nursing Staff to provide excellent clinical care and the Registered Nurse Supervisor must demonstrate a willingness to assist others.

*RN Nursing Supervisor Responsibilities*

· The RN Supervisor is accountable for the administrative, clinical, and professional development of facility personnel for the designated shift.

· The RN Supervisor coordinates, directs, and oversees all aspects of the delivery of nursing care.

· The RN Supervisor demonstrates competence in leadership and relevant clinical experience.

· The RN Supervisor collaborates with physicians and other health care professionals; complies with orders in a timely manner.
