Position Summary

As the Evening Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee all nursing operations during the evening shift, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction. You will provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, respond to clinical concerns, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote outstanding patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support all nursing staff during the evening shift

  • Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care

  • Coordinate staffing assignments and oversee workflow throughout the shift

  • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nurses and nursing assistants

  • Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns in a professional and timely manner

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and regulations

Qualifications
