Job description

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full-time Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Western Illinois Correctional Center in Mount Sterling, Illinois. The Nurse Supervisor works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Pay Rate: $52/hr
Shift: Evenings (5,8hr shifts) 3pm-11pm
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required
โ€ข Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
โ€ข Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
โ€ข Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
โ€ข Supervisory experience preferred
โ€ข Corrections experience preferred
โ€ข Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
