Responsibilities

The Role:

As our Clinical Supervisor, you'll oversee and coordinate skilled nursing and therapeutic services. This role balances management and field work, providing you with an opportunity to utilize and enhance your clinical skills while honing leadership expertise. You will ensure our services align with state and federal regulations, contributing to a high standard of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage skilled nursing and therapeutic services.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and agency objectives.
  • Maintain clinician productivity standards, and report trends and challenges to executive leadership.
  • Be available during operating hours or delegate to a similarly qualified alternate.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of healthcare experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Licensed clinician in the State of PA.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and our agency's policies and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment.
