Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
TAG MedStaffing is hiring an RN Clinical Manager in Bronx, NY for our client, supporting care coordination, clinical oversight, and program operations within a managed care setting. This temporary role focuses on supervising clinical staff, ensuring quality care delivery, and coordinating interdisciplinary services across a diverse patient population. The position offers the opportunity to lead clinical initiatives and drive patient outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities as the RN Clinical Manager:
  • Care Coordination: Oversee development and execution of individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise clinical staff and manage daily operations to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Clinical Oversight: Monitor patient records, assessments, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Facilitate team meetings and coordinate care across multiple providers and services.
