Position: Dialysis Clinical Nurse Manager (RN)

Location: Essex County, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Salary: $120,000 – $125,000 annually

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead clinical operations in a busy dialysis facility. This role oversees patient care, staff management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement while providing hands-on leadership in a 24-hour clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise nursing and dialysis staff and ensure high-quality patient care

  • Oversee dialysis treatments, care plans, and clinical documentation

  • Ensure compliance with CMS, ESRD Network, OSHA, and state regulations

  • Lead QAPI initiatives, data tracking, and performance improvement

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and employee evaluations

  • Support patient admissions, discharges, and care coordination

  • Maintain equipment, supplies, and emergency preparedness standards

  • Collaborate with Medical Director, Administrator, and interdisciplinary team

  • Provide direct patient care when needed

Requirements
