Clinical Manager / Nurse Manager (RN) – Pediatric Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Willow Grove, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Clinical Nurse Manager. This leadership position offers the opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with mentorship, staff development, and high-quality patient care for medically fragile children throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties.

If you're an experienced RN looking to take the next step in your career, this role provides the opportunity to lead a dedicated clinical team while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

As a Clinical Manager, you will:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire nurses to deliver exceptional pediatric home care

  • Conduct in-home client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Willow Grove and surrounding counties

  • Develop individualized plans of care and oversee their implementation

  • Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to field nursing staff

  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding

  • Participate in the education, mentoring, and ongoing development of clinical staff

  • Coordinate and deliver clinical in-services and competency training

  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies

  • Serve as a trusted clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families

Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required

  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required

  • Home care or home health experience preferred

  • Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred, or a willingness to learn

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

  • Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills

  • Passion for providing exceptional care to pediatric clients and supporting clinical teams
