Schedule: 8 hour shifts, M-F
Compensation: $95,000-$104,000 per year (based on experience)

What You Bring (Requirements)

  • Current RN licensure in MN
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lead a team of nurses
  • Long-term care experience (preferred)

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • As a leader in the organization, the Nurse Manager will be the person “in charge” according to the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Responsible for holding staff accountable for correctly following policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook and nursing job descriptions.
  • Resident Care Functions which include medication, treatments and follow nursing protocols.
