Description

The Director of Marketing is responsible for planning and implementing the overall marketing strategy and branding for Dedicated Nursing Associates, Inc.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Develop and implement DNA's marketing strategy, including, but not limited to, creating a calendar of campaigns and events, and meeting with the Executive Team on DNA's initiatives

Hire, train, manage, and lead the Marketing Department, including overseeing team member performance and conduct, communicating Executive Team directives, and handling discipline

Partner with the Executive Team on the management of the annual marketing budget, including anticipated expenditures and return-on-investment projections

Lead effective marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms from start to finish, including finding new marketing opportunities in the healthcare staffing industry

Partner with the National Sales Office, Corporate Recruiting Office, and Staffing Divisions Offices to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives

Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, including identifying data trends and recommending strategic adjustments to the Executive Team and applicable offices

Analyze market trends, client and caregiver preferences, and competitors' activities in the healthcare staffing industry to make informed business recommendations to the Executive Team

Maintain and update DNA's and partners' websites and social media accounts to increase search engine optimization and promote DNA's and partners' brands to consumers

Tailor advertising efforts to open client work orders to support recruitment efforts, including but not limited to job board posting changes

Grow DNA's Annual Charity Golf Outing donor and event participation year-over-year

Coordinate with vendors, donors, and other distribution partners as it pertains to any DNA internal events, external event participation, purchase orders, and marketing materials

Attend any DNA internal events or external events, as directed by the Executive Team

Provide marketing services and assistance externally for other partner organizations, as needed

Maintain awareness and proactive communication regarding team member productivity and performance

Perform tasks and special projects as directed by the Executive Team

Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business administration, preferred

Prior experience in marketing leadership or related management positions

Proven track record of leading effective marketing campaigns

Experience in both digital and traditional marketing environments

General knowledge of advertising and marketing

Excellent presentation skills

Working knowledge of web design and social media

Travel required

Excellent oral and written communication skills

General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment

Attend all Manager and Assistant Manager meetings, both on-site and off-site when notified in writing by DNA of required attendance

Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals

Physical Demands:

Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday

Ability to move about the office, bend, and reach

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Work Environment:

Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team. Travel will be required.
