We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to join our dynamic team at Jupiter Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

Registered Nurse (RN) Manager Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants

  • Develop and implement effective care plans to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to team members

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
