Job description

Digital Producer, Email Marketing
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Duration: 6 months

Description:
  • Our client is looking for a Digital Producer, Email Marketing to work closely with key internal stakeholders and agency partners to ensure rigorous, quality email production for a variety of campaign types - from loyalty and brand-based communications to contacts that are transactional in nature. Assist Email Marketing Team with day to day email operations to troubleshoot campaign issues and continually monitor and provide assistance.

Responsibilities:
  • Day to day operations and maintenance of email marketing campaigns including scheduling, intake of campaign briefs from stakeholders ensuring they are clear and complete, distributions, feedback capture, quality assurance and more.
  • Run & share performance reports weekly and call out key trends and insights ; Prepare presentations that highlight performance along with corresponding creative
  • Help manage and prioritize incoming requests
  • Provide quality assurance
  • Work cross-functionally to drive progress and resolve issues
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and effectively manage expectations while meeting deadlines
  • Key escalation point for troubleshooting / first line of support for internal users
  • Utilize HTML/CSS to code and produce custom emails and newsletters for customer marketing initiatives that render and function flawlessly across major platforms/browsers
  • Manage and deploy email campaigns on a top tier marketing cloud platform
  • SMS support as needed

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience in production operations for a large-scale email program
  • Experience with SMS
  • Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platform in relation to email campaigns preferred
  • 3+ years of Marketing/Production experience
  • Detail oriented; ensures work is correct before releasing while still meeting deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Methodical with a desire to test, learn and iterate
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • Hunger for continued growth as a digital marketer with strong interest in emerging technologies
  • Deadline oriented
  • Experience coding templates with HTML, CSS, and responsive design
  • Solid experience working with either AMPscript or other languages that drive dynamic content in email
  • Previous experience using any "Top Tier" Email deployment platform
  • Working knowledge and understanding of XML, Photoshop, Excel preferred
  • Analytical skills
