Position Overview:


As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of executive operations, with a particular focus on the telecommunications and asset recovery domains. This position requires a candidate with exceptional organizational skills, an understanding of the telecom industry, and the ability to handle sensitive information related to asset recovery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Telecom Industry Insight: Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and challenges in the telecommunications sector to assist the CEO in making informed decisions.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is typically preferred. A master's degree or equivalent experience a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an executive assistant or similar role is usually required. Experience supporting C-suite executives or high-level management is highly desirable.
  • Organizational Skills: The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines is essential. The assistant must keep the CEO's schedule organized and ensure that meetings and appointments are arranged efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for drafting correspondence, emails, reports, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
