Summary
Warped Wing Brewing Co. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Kitchen Manager in overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency. Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the Kitchen Manager in daily kitchen operations and supervision of kitchen staff.
  • Ensure food preparation and service meet the establishment's quality standards.
  • Oversee kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
  • Assist in ordering, receiving, and managing inventory of food and supplies.
  • Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages and minimize waste.
  • Ensure the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and areas.
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff and ongoing training for existing staff.
