  • Phone & Email Handling - Answer calls, respond to messages, and route inquiries appropriately.
  • Reservation Management - Create, modify, and confirm bookings using the property's reservation system.
  • Payment Processing - Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Problem Resolution - Address guest concerns, escalate issues when needed, and ensure guest satisfaction.
