A Hotel Sales Coordinator acts as the central hub forthe sales team, providing administrative support, managing client inquiries,and facilitating group bookings. They maintain client databases, preparecontracts, and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.Key duties include upselling, lead research, and client relationshipmanagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage sales files, create proposals, handle contracts, process invoices, and update database records (e.g., CRM or Delphi).
  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact, responding to inquiries via phone/email, handling client bookings, and conducting site inspections.
  • Sales Coordination: Research prospective clients, generate new leads, assist with marketing materials, and assist with trade shows or promotions.
  • Operations Liaison: Communicate group rooming lists, client needs, and event logistics (catering, AV, room setups) to operational departments.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in hotel sales, catering, or customer service.
  • Skills: Strong communication (verbal/written), organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office/hotel property management systems.
