Agency Growth Coordinator

Ayokay is seeking an Agency Growth Coordinator to assist in generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting our sales process and our CEO. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, strategic, and passionate about working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and eager to learn about the agency world.

Role Overview

As our Agency Growth Coordinator, you will be a key player in Ayokay's expansion by helping to identify and qualify new business opportunities. You will manage initial client interactions, assist in preparing sales materials, and support the overall sales and marketing process. You'll work directly with our CEO, ensuring that leads are properly vetted, proposals are well-crafted, and our sales pipeline is consistently nurtured.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct initial qualification calls with inbound and outbound leads to assess their needs and determine fit.
  • Sales Support: Prepare notes for client meetings, draft proposals, and assist in moving deals through the pipeline.
  • Client Communication: Manage follow-ups and nurture leads to ensure a seamless sales experience.
  • Inbox & CRM Management: Help keep our sales inbox and CRM organized, ensuring timely responses and proper lead tracking.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Assist with occasional marketing initiatives to generate and nurture leads.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve the sales workflow and make recommendations for efficiency.

Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (agency experience is a plus!).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and web development is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
