Our client, a growing manufacturing company in Ohio, is seeking an Assistant Controller to join their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Assistant Controller
  • Present monthly financial results to the Controller, department heads, and corporate leadership.
  • Lead month-end close processes within a one-week timeline and oversee day-to-day finance operations.
  • Partner with department leaders to develop accurate financial forecasts.
  • Review and approve journal entries while maintaining strong internal control procedures.
  • Coordinate the annual budgeting process and monitor departmental and cost variance accountability.
  • Manage both external and internal audit processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
