Job Title: Entry Level Accountant
Location: On Site in Tallmadge, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary:
$50,000 - $55,000

Main Responsibilities of the Entry Level Accountant:

  • Assist with the annual budget and forecasting process
  • Interact with leadership to review project budgets vs. actual cost
  • Maintain company fixed asset records and depreciation calculations for monthly and annual reporting
  • Account Reconciliations: Prepare reconciliations for assigned Balance Sheet accounts
  • Journal Entries: Create, import, and post journal entries into the accounting system
  • Manage month-end-close process accurately and timely in conjunction with corporate deadlines
  • Work closely with the Controller and Assistant Controller who love to train and mentor

Preferred Qualifications of the Entry Level Accountant:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail
