About the Position

Improveit Home Remodeling is looking for a creative and versatile Content Marketing Specialist to help bring our brand voice to life across a wide range of communications.ย This role supports the execution ofย Improveitโ€™sย content strategy by creating engaging written content for both internal and external audiences,ย playingย a key role in helping us connect with homeowners and team members alike.ย 

The ideal candidate is a strong writer who can adapt their toneย to the audienceย and move fluidly betweenย writing styles. The Content & Communications Specialist will report to theย  ย Content & Communications Manager andย work closely withย aย highlyย collaborative marketing teamย toย keepย Improveitโ€™sย content engine running smoothlyย withย clear, engaging, and on-brandย messaging.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

Content Creationย 

  • Write SEO-driven content for homeowner educationย 

  • Conduct homeowner interviews and write project profiles that highlight our workย 

  • Draft monthly customer newsletter copyย 

Social Media & Digital Contentย 

  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team toย script,ย create,ย and schedule social media postsย 

  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews across multiple online platformsย 

Internal Communicationsย 

  • Write weekly content forย Improveitโ€™sย intranet for internal education and engagementย 

  • Assistย with quarterly Town Hall scripting and productionย 

  • Support internal storytelling and culture-focused communications

Brand & Culture Supportย 

  • Contribute creative ideas that help reinforceย Improveitโ€™sย culture and Core Valuesย 

  • Highlight team member achievements, company milestones, and internal eventsย 

  • Assistย with communications that strengthen connection across our growing organizationย 

Content Operationsย
