The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing Cumming Group's digital marketing initiatives across email marketing, social media, paid advertising, website content management, and marketing automation platforms, including Dynamics 365 Marketing. Working closely with the Director of Digital Marketing, this role supports the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, manages digital content and marketing assets, tracks campaign performance, and helps maintain a consistent brand presence across digital channels.
The Digital Marketing Specialist collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to support content distribution, audience engagement, campaign execution, and performance reporting.

This is a hybrid role open to candidates residing in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, or Colorado. To support our team culture and occasional in-office collaboration, we prefer applicants who are situated near one of our local offices: Aliso Viejo, Los Angeles, Murrieta, Oakland, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Scottsdale, Denver, Bend, Portland, or Seattle.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid media, and website channels.
  • Assist with the creation, monitoring, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns, including YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and Google platforms.
  • Schedule, publish, and maintain content across social media channels and company websites.
  • Manage website content updates using WordPress and other content management systems.
  • Support the development and distribution of email marketing campaigns using Dynamics 365 Marketing and other marketing platforms.
  • Assist with audience segmentation, campaign testing, and marketing automation initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance, maintain reporting dashboards, and prepare performance reports.
  • Coordinate digital marketing assets, content, and campaign schedules with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to digital marketing best practices across all channels.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Attendance at work during normal business hours.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, Google Ads, and Dynamics 365 Marketing.
  • Experience with WordPress content management and website updates.
  • Ability to interpret campaign metrics and prepare performance reports.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting paid media campaigns, social media management, and marketing automation preferred.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing and WordPress preferred.

This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
