Job Summary:

The Content Marketing Associate will work closely with the rest of the marketing team including: demand gen, product marketing, design, marketing operations and others in sales to identify the best possible messaging and positioning to assist in client retention and new sales. This role requires writing and editing skills, flexibility, attention to detail, organization, consistent follow-up, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The strongest candidates will have excellent communications and relationship-building skills and an enthusiasm for dynamic and innovative messaging with the ability to produce high quality deliverables like ebooks, fact sheets, product brochures, blog posts, web copy, email copy, social media copy, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, plan, and write everything from blogs to in-depth eBooks on topics pertinent to our clients

  • Deliver high quality innovative writing that mirrors the companies and market messaging, contributing the company's market positioning

  • Edit and manage quality of email copy, social media copy, ad copy and more

  • Contribute to project to enhance our website and in particular the content that drives search engine optimization

  • Interview internal and external thought leaders, including customers, about trends, successes, and future innovations to produce content that builds stronger relationships with clients and prospects and drives them to action

  • Communicate cross-functionally to ensure success and completion of marketing-related projects using Jira
