Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Advertising Sales Manager based in the metro Atlanta area to lead revenue growth for our client portfolio. In this hybrid role, you will combine strategic, consultative selling with hands-on prospect development—pitching multi-channel advertising solutions including digital media, print, exhibit space, and conference sponsorships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Ad Revenue: Prospected, negotiate, and close new advertising partnerships across digital media, print publications, and event sponsorships.
  • Consultative Selling: Analyze advertiser objectives and construct tailored media packages that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Account Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts, cross-selling print, digital, and event products to expand existing client investments.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales funnel, accurately forecast pipeline progression, and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Client Integration: Work closely with partner associations and publishers, acting as a seamless extension of their internal teams.
  • Market Engagement: Immerse yourself in client industries, staying informed on B2B/B2C media trends to effectively position advertising products.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Location: Based in the Atlanta, GA area with the ability to work a hybrid schedule (in-office in Sandy Springs / remote).
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven success in advertising sales (digital media, print, or sponsorships preferred).
  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to prospect new business, manage full sales cycles, and meet/exceed revenue targets.
  • Skills: Strong consultative presentation and closing skills; ability to articulate the value of integrated cross-channel campaigns.
