A key goal in 2025 is to further expand our advertiser footprint across Hearst Connecticut Media Group, and we are seeking a passionate and high-energy Sales Development Representative (Advertising Sales Assistant) to play a strategic role in accomplishing this objective. You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, nurturing, and selling to high-quality leads that feed directly into our sales pipeline. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute targeted prospecting strategies, engage potential customers, and actively drive new business.

We seek an individual eager to begin as a Sales Development Representative (Advertising Sales Assistant) with the opportunity to advance into a Sales Rep/Account Executive position. 

This role will be a hybrid role, but you must be able to go into the office 3 days a week in the Albany, NY office.

In accordance with applicable law, Hearst is required to include compensation for this role if hired in New York State. For New York-based hires, the expected base salary is $45,000, with additional incentives based on individual performance. Please note this information applies specifically to candidates hired in New York State. For candidates in other locations, compensation will be aligned with the applicable market. Final starting salary decisions are based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, training, certifications, and education.
